Peel kiwis and cut into large pieces. Place in a blender and blend until liquified. Use enough kiwis to get about 2 cups of kiwi juice in the blender. Pour the kiwi juice into the water/sugar, pouring through a strainer if you want to remove seeds, though they are ok if they remain. Add lime juice and orange juice, mix until well blended.

An Easy Kiwi Sorbet To make your own, all you need is a blender, kiwis, and a lemon or lime juice. Make sure that you puree the kiwi long enough to get a nice, smooth texture. If you scoop it into individual dishes before freezing, it makes it infinitely easier to serve.

Traditionally, sorbet is a simple combination of pureed fruit, water, and sugar that’s been blended together and frozen. Like, how could it get any easier than that? This kiwi lime sorbet uses only fresh kiwis, lime juice, and some sugar. I opted to skip the water since the lime juice adds as much liquid as this recipe needs.
This Kiwi Sorbet is a deliciously tart and creamy sweet treat. Peel and slice kiwis and place flat on a tray. Freeze for 1 hour. Once frozen, add to a food processor with remaining ingredients. Honey, lemon juice, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, or pour into a shallow container and freeze for later!
Frozen fruit sorbet is a great way to get kids to eat fresh fruit. This Kiwi Sorbet is a deliciously tart and creamy sweet treat. Making sorbet at home is incredibly easy, even though it sounds fancy. For most fruit sorbets, it is best to use fruit that is very ripe because it has the highest natural sugar content.
The sorbet was light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. The lime adds a hint of acidity without being overwhelmingly lime-y (notes on that in the recipe), and complements the kiwi perfectly. And again, the COLOR. If that doesn’t scream summer to you I don’t know what does. What’s in sorbet? Sorbet is arguably the easiest frozen dessert ever.
