The system is based in Dayton, Ohio, United States. The network was formed following the merger of Kettering Medical Center and Grandview Medical Center in 1999. As part of the 2021 renaming of Kettering Health Network to Kettering Health, all of the hospitals in the network were renamed, with the exception of Soin.
Founded in 1926, Kettering Health Dayton is a part of the Kettering Health network. It is also the parent hospital to Kettering Health Washington Township in Centerville, Ohio. Kettering Health Dayton is one of the largest osteopathic teaching hospitals in the United States, operating several residency training and fellowship programs.
In doing so, the program fosters the continuation of quality care of patients throughout the Kettering Health Network, Dayton, as well as the greater Miami Valley region.
