What is the Interim Healthcare Learning Center?

In support of ongoing training and development for all Interim HealthCare franchisee employees, the Learning Center provides: Franchise employees need to obtain their login information from their office. This registration will allow unique access to all Interim HealthCare proprietary courses as well as CEUs and In-services.

How do I refer a patient to interim care?

Referrals to interim care can be made by any member of the patient’s hospital treating team and must be assessed or deemed to be eligible by the Aged Care Assessment Service. Patients must have consented to the Residential Aged Care Pathway. Visiting hours for this facility have changed. Visitors are welcome between Noon to 6 pm daily.
