BCBS seems popular if you have more expenses, but I would say GEHA HDHP with HSA would be a better option if you are able to grow your HSA for a year before having kids. You should compare those two plans at least as they seem the most popular. I use GEHA and it covers the yearly visits 100% and is a good plan for the price.
