This Denver-based black health organization reduces the serious health disparities that affect African Americans. This black health organization is a collaborative effort to educate African Americans about the harmful effects of tobacco.
OUR GOAL : To improve Black infant and maternal health as well as decrease health inequities in infant and maternal mortality rates . WE SERVE: Black women who are 16 years or older, pregnant or up to six months postpartum at the time of enrollment regardless of income.
